Amy Shock paints with oil and has shown her work in Los Angeles, Santa Fe, Flagstaff, Ojai, and at the Cornell University School of Architecture
from which she is a graduate. Her paintings showcase abstractions of space and volume.
Her work recalls early modernism and is influenced by the Bauhaus (literally "house of construction"),
and other European modernist movements including surrealism.
